No Surprises
At The Instant, we believe in no surprises and no hidden costs
- Auckland Wide Travel - from Albany to Drury, there will be no extra travel charge for The Instant to come to your event. Beyond these borders, a rate of $1.20 per km will apply
- Setup is on our time - we will arrive 60 - 90 minutes prior to the start of your booking to set up and test. This time is on us and does not affect your booking time
- No pause fees - Your package time runs from start to finish - we will not charge any additional fees for idle time or dinner breaks during the booking window
- Connectivity - Live Online Gallery is dependent on the availability and quality of an internet connection. Where there is no connection available, online galleries will be available the next day
- What we need - All we need is a standard power outlet within 10m of the setup area and a flat 3m x 3m space. We'll handle the rest
- Outdoor Events - Outdoor activations are weather-dependent. To protect the studio-grade equipment, a completely flat, dry and fully covered area is required
- Deposits - A 30% non-refundable deposit may apply to confirm your booking date.
